Hi, I’m Alix Bilton, a Psychologist based in Newcastle NSW with 25 years’ experience in Clinical and Organisational psychology. My background includes work as an Organisational Psychologist with the RAAF and with other organisations in corporate and industrial settings. Clinical work spans multidisciplinary pain clinics and private practice. I bring compassionate, practical, evidence-informed care to each client’s needs, drawing on a broad mix of organisational insight and frontline clinical experience.
Psychological Interventions are evidenced based and tailored to specific needs, diagnosis, goals and preferences. Multiple approaches are used to create a flexible, client-centered treatment plan that evolves over time.
Organisational interventions draw upon numerous evidenced based frameworks from clinical and organisational psychology to achieve goal directed outcomes.
